On Monday's we work out the kinks and improve our mobility, core strength, and flexibility. Each class highlights specific movements and muscle groups to address range of motion limitations and improve movement patterns. Please contact Gutted Fitness within 6 hours of booking for a full refund. If you cancel without 6 hours' notice, you will be charged for the session(s) and will not be rescheduled. If you no show, you will not be refunded or be able to reschedule a class. The class will be forfeited. If you purchased a Pop In Class pass in advanced but need to cancel, please cancel within 6 hours. No returns on products or services. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or business interruptions will be rescheduled.
