Service Description
Ride the wave of "humpday" and flow (not fight) with your week. A Wednesday evening stress and tension relief session using manual muscle release, mobility and massage tools. Expand body awareness and capacity to create ease through conscious movement. Each 50-minute class is centered on a muscle region, common discomfort, posture/use effects and personal care between professional bodywork. Cancellation Policy
Please contact Gutted Fitness within 12 hours of booking for a full refund. If you cancel without 12 hours' notice, you will be charged for the session(s) and will not be rescheduled. If you no show, you will not be refunded or be able to reschedule a class. The class will be forfeited. If you purchased a Pop In Class pass in advanced but need to cancel, please cancel within 12 hours. No returns on products or services. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or business interruptions will be rescheduled and credits will be restored.
