FAQS

  1. Do I have to stay for all the classes? - NOT AT ALL! The classes are broken down per focus (stress, anxiety, depression). Choose one or more classes to try under each topic.
  2. Where is the Zone? - We are located in the bottom of the Malone Apartments. When you get to the building, someone will guide you downstairs to the Zone for your classes.
  3. Where do I park? There is metered parking along the street. I highly encourage biking or taking Metro bus to the Zone. The Zone is along Metro Routes 10 and 4.  And it's a couple blocks up from the Brickline Greenway and soccer stadium.
  4. If I can't make it, can I still try classes? Absolutely! Can't tell you when the next free preview will be but you can still try 2 classes at the price of one drop in! Click here to try 2 classes!
  5. What are the classes?

- Monday morning Mediation w/ Coach Erika- Every Monday morning, we will pause to discover, explore, and engage in Mindfulness Based Practices. We will: - build your capacity for self discovery and growth - Unlearn habits that no longer serve you or your portential, - discover ways to excel in areas that may have previously felt impossible. - transition out of survivor mode and live life to the fullest.  Growing Virtues was established to create spaces for grief and trauma-stricken individuals to come together, collaborate and heal. Through work with Growing Virtues, you will experience what it is like to create space for yourself and others, and learn how we as people and communities can take our mind off the pain to continue to grow.

- Monday Mobility w/ Coach Chris- On Monday's we work out the kinks and improve our mobility, core strength, and flexibility. Each class highlights specific movements and muscle groups to address range of motion limitations and improve movement patterns. Gain a deeper understanding of your body's mechanics to enhance your overall physical well-being, alleviate discomfort, and prevent injuries. Take control of your body and unlock its full potential for a healthier, more active lifestyle!

-Game Day- every Wednesday, we use lessons learned from Mobility Monday to release energy, play fitness games and laugh.

- Midweek Unwind- Ride the wave of "humpday" and flow (not fight) with your week. A Wednesday evening stress and tension relief session using manual muscle release, mobility and massage tools. Expand body awareness and capacity to create ease through conscious movement. Each 50-minute class is centered on a muscle region, common discomfort, posture/use effects and personal care between professional bodywork.
