About The Event
Join the Gang for our Jump Rope Happy Hour this Juneteeth!
From 4:30-6pm, fuel up with food and drinks before the HIIT class at 6pm. We'll have:
Pre and Post workout meals by The Table STL. Artisan Rice Bowl ft high protein, Roasted veggies, and Teriyaki/Sweet chili sauce
Pre-workout snacks by Taste of Jack's Salsa
Sea Moss Healing-ade (lemonade) and Passion Tea Lemonade by Growing Virtues
At 6pm, we'll start Game Day HIIT, and run through jump rope fundamentals as a squad. You'll clock those 1,000 daily jumps, torch stress-fat, build that mental muscle and realize who you can get to the business with. But that's just a warmup!
