This easy Pasta Carbonara comes together in about 30 minutes and is the perfect weeknight dinner! Packed with crispy bacon and mixed with the creamiest carbonara sauce, this recipe is a total knockout.
Another comfort meal, this mug is delicious and will leave you with the itis to be honest! This recipe is rich in calcium and magnesium as well as B Vitimans, all of which you need for strong teeth, bones and muscles. (We don't want to be like our aunties from the 90s with all the back teeth gone do we? No shade!) Tips for making this: 1) Use freshly grated Parmesan, not the stuff in the shaker can. It’ll melt better and gives this dish a richer flavor. 2) Be sure you immediately add the hot pasta water into the egg mixture to help cook it (if needed, you could even re-warm it in the microwave, but it needs to be very hot).
Now even though you COULD make this in bulk as a meal prep, this recipe is better fresh out the pot.
