About the Recipe
Perfect recipe when you're craving authentic street tacos
Christie's Take
One week, the craving for authentic street tacos was so intense, I was ready to risk everything for a flight to Dallas to go to that lil hole in the wall joint under highway 35 and 30. But given I only had about $15 and needed an easy meal for the week, I found this recipe and got to cooking up! my GODT! It was SO delicious. I was hesitant to add the cinnamon but trust the process. I also did not grill- instead I made this in a skillet on medium high heat and made sure I had hella limes. Why- I just looovveee limes, onions and cilantro with my chicken tacos. That's the only way to do it. Hope you enjoy this!
