This was super quick and surprisingly super tasty and versatile. I brought back a lemon from San Francisco that tasted like an orange and a lemon. I think Dijon Mustard and salt and marinating chicken breast is the key to some savory, tender juicy chicken breast. It was perfect as a main dish and in a salad. Would recommend using as a protein across multiple dishes.
