About the Recipe
You got Starbucks at home! Try this easy to make Shaken Espresso at home using things you likely already have
Christie's Take
I consider myself a coffee snob and like a quality syrup, espresso and total beverage experience. Unfortunately, having this at a local coffee shop--which I stan for-- can get very expensive. So when you need to do it at home, try this recipe without skimping on quality or flavor. I always make my own 12 hour cold brew using whole beans from my farmers market. I medium grind those beans and soak them in filtered water for a minimum of 12 hours but for a long as 16 hours for an even better robust taste. I'd love to make espresso but fooling. with my moka pot is a careful art that I don't always have time for. So I make my cold brew and get saucy with my syrups!
