Bussin... that's all I'll say. This recipe is bomb and a super cheat way to get all your nutrients and pasta craving satisfied. You're getting magnesium, vitamin k, vitamins A and C, iron, potassium, calcium, and small amounts of other B vitamins. See-- healthy! And you'll look real official making this pretty, flavorful dish. too! Ok BOUJIE! Perfect for reheating too so go ahead and make a batch for a few days, even the week. This is not for you if you have gluten allergies. Highkey, all you have to do is swap out the pasta with a gluten free pasta, and you'll be straight.


  • 12 oz. Barilla Spaghetti

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 (8.5 oz) jar sun dried tomatoes in olive oil with herbs,* chopped, oil drained and reserved

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 8 oz. baby spinach, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

  • 1/3 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
