In this class, we will use body weight movement to work out the kinks and improve our mobility, core strength, and flexibility. Each class highlights specific movements and muscle groups to address range of motion limitations and improve movement patterns. Gain a deeper understanding of your body's mechanics to enhance your overall physical well-being, alleviate discomfort, and prevent injuries. Cancellation Policy
Please contact Gutted Fitness within 12 hours of booking for a full refund. If you cancel without 12 hours' notice, you will be charged for the session(s) and will not be rescheduled. If you no show, you will not be refunded or be able to reschedule a class. The class will be forfeited. If you purchased a Pop In Class pass in advanced but need to cancel, please cancel within 12 hours. No returns on products or services. Classes that are cancelled due to inclement weather or business interruptions will be rescheduled and credits will be restored.
